Our Site

We have tried to ensure that all the information displayed on our site accurately describes our products but please remember that colours and images vary depending on your own monitor and browser and we cannot guarantee that your chosen items will be exactly as you see them on screen. Furthermore, with natural beads the colours and markings can vary considerably from the beads pictured.

How to Order Products

You can order Adorn products by using the secure checkout on our site. You will receive an automated email response confirming that your order has been received. You can also email your order to sales@adorn-yourself.co.uk. We will contact you via email to arrange for payment.

Payment

Payment is made via Paypal by debit or credit card or by your paypal account, at the time you place your order.  PayPal may, from time to time, request additional security information before processing payment. We will contact the purchaser within 24-hours of the order being placed if any additional payment details are required. In these cases we will not despatch the order until Paypal confirm that payment has been successfully made.

Cancelling your Order

You may cancel your order via email to sales@adorn-yourself.co.uk. Notice of cancellation must be received within 10 days of placing the order.

If the order has been despatched, the goods must be returned to Adorn at the address given on our contacts page, in a saleable condition and at your own expense. We ask that you use a registered or recorded postal service.

You cannot cancel an order once the items have been opened or used; your statutory rights will be unaffected. All refunds will be made to the credit card used to purchase the goods.

Damaged Goods

Please check your goods on delivery. We take good care to ensure that your order reaches you in good condition but should any items be damaged, please contact us at sales@adorn-yourself.co.uk within 7 days and return them to us using a recorded delivery service. We will replace the goods or a refund will be made to the credit card used to purchase the goods. We will also refund your postage costs to you.

Incorrect or Incomplete Order

Please check your goods on delivery. If you find that an item is missing or we have made an error (e.g. accidentally sent the wrong products), please contact us via email sales@adorn-yourself.co.uk within 48 hours.

Out of Stock Items

We endeavour to sufficient quantities of all items in stock, but if there is an error and we are unable to fulfil your order we will contact you via email to ascertain whether you require a refund, a replacement product or will accept a delay in delivery.
